LWV Solano Supports Aspiring Citizens

As part of Democracy Matters Program, league members Rami Muth and Janice Adams spent a delightful evening with members of the Vallejo Adult School Citizenship Preparation Class.

They talked with students about the history of voting rights in the United States, the importance of voting and rights and responsibilities of citizenship. The students were thoughtful, engaged and eager to learn. The league will be part of a future celebration for those who become Naturalized Citizens.
